We are currently seeking an Office Administrator for a full time opportunity based in Newquay.
This is a permanent role providing administrative support to a busy team.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
– Provide Administrative support to management
– Assist with ensuring contracts and filing systems are kept up to date
– Supporting management when conducting audits and risk assessments
– Assisting in the review of all policies and procedures
– Undertake any other duties to support the team
This role will involve working closely with the general public and external organisations therefore an excellent telephone manner and passion for customer service is essential.
