We are working with our client a privately owned boutique hotel and restaurant in Tiverton to find them a Sous Chef to join their professional kitchen.
Job Specification for the Sous Chef
The successful Sous Chef will be used to working with fresh food and will have a proven track record of achievement of working in a professional kitchen. The Sous will look to learn and develop skills whilst passing on knowledge to the junior members of the brigade.
Person Specification for the Sous Chef
The successful Sous Chef will have a passion for food, able to bring fresh ideas to the talented brigade and support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. The role will be working with Fresh local produce with a classic French twist. Experience of cooking for Weddings and conferences will be required.
Sous Chef Salary
Salary will be between £25k and £30k per annum depending on skills and experience plus tips and benefits.
