Our prestigious clients are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their luxurious hotel, situated on the coast. As a Chef de Partie you will be joining a fantastically skilled team of Chef’s in their kitchen who have a passion for cooking using seasonal ingredients and you would preferably have rosette experience and a great working attitude.
As Chef de Partie you will be required to produce large volumes of food at a consistently high standard using locally sourced fresh produce, have the ability to work in a high pressure environment whilst retaining a high level of attention to detail, and ensuring service is efficient and delivered as per the company standard.
