Astra Recruitment are working with one of our prestigious clients to recruit an Accounts Administrator
For this role you will be an experienced Accounts Administrator with a strong accounts background, the main duties of the role are to maintain the purchase ledger function. This will involve purchase invoice data entry, reconciliation of supplier statements and carrying out frequent payment runs. You will be required to liaise with your colleagues and suppliers via phone and email to resolve any queries quickly and efficiently. Another important element of the role is to raise invoices to customers and enter all job costings on to a custom database. Other responsibilities include the updating and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases as well as the updating of any file costings as requested by management and other administrative tasks.
Job duties will include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Accounts Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including MS word and excel
5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
