Our client a luxury housebuilder based in Cornwall has a requirement for a Quantity surveyor to join their team.

With more demand in the high end, high spec housing sector, our client has identified a unique opportunity for a QS to work with their exclusive portfolio of clients, managing prestigious builds in the County.

Candidates applying will be qualified or working towards their qualification, although with hands on experience of working with clients and sub contractors managing a smooth, in budget house build or renovation.
