Carbis Bay Holidays are Cornwall’s leading luxury self catering agency in St Ives, marketing a range of 4 and 5 star properties, all located within a 2 mile radius of our prestigious offices on St Ives Road, Carbis Bay.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Property Maintenance / Administrator to join our property management team in maintaining our portfolio of 150+ properties.
The role will be to assist in the smooth running of the department and you will play a key part in making sure owner satisfaction and guest experience are at their very highest, proactively checking and attending properties on a regular basis to carry out company duties and maintenance jobs. A can do, hands on approach with practical skills for covering minor repairs and trouble-shooting issues is preferable, however full training will be provided.
Working in a busy office, the position is a varied role and you will also be responsible for assisting the team with:
– Resolving owner and guest queries via telephone and email
– Carrying out general administrative duties
– Co-ordinating trade partners and housekeepers
The successful applicant must have excellent customer service and communication skills, good attention to detail and a sound knowledge of IT systems, be highly organised and deliver under pressure with the ability to multi task.
This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week to include Saturdays.
A full driving license and your own vehicle are a must (iPhone and business mileage provided).
