Part time Office Coordinator (18 hours)
Exeter outskirts (you’ll need a car!)
Salary £17-20k pro rata
This is a really varied role working for a small business on the outskirts of Exeter. The company are offering some flexibility in terms of working hours/days but the job will require an early start – either 08.00 or 08.30 and it’s expected you’ll probably work 3 or 4 days each week, totalling 18 hours per week.
It’s a very professional environment with regular visits from clients. Your role will see you taking responsibility for the smooth running of the office and related supplies/supplier relationships, looking after the meeting rooms, PA duties to the MD of the business including travel arrangements and some basic finance admin. You’ll be the first point of contact for any visitors or enquiries as well as being the ‘go to person’ internally for any IT related issues – you don’t need to be ‘technical’ just a confident user of MS Office and have a logical approach to problem solving, or the ability to liaise with the company’s technical team!
We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, versatile and highly organised who is looking for a long term part time role. You must be someone who enjoys working as part of a small team, taking responsibility for getting things done, can ‘juggle’ a busy workload with conflicting priorities, is able to work with a high degree of accuracy and who has good time management skills! A positive outlook and having a good sense of humour are important!
