Part-Time Medical Receptionist
To work as a member of the Wadebridge & Camel Estuary Practice primary care team, understanding and valuing each person’s individual role. To provide clerical and administrative support and thus to aid the smooth running of the practice.
Greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Ensure that strict confidentiality protocols are adhered to.
Respond to patients’ requests including making appointments on our computerised system.
Respond to patient and visitors general enquiries appropriately.
Deal with telephone enquiries, answering incoming calls promptly and passing messages to other team members as appropriate.
Undertake necessary administrative tasks including filing and scanning.
Hours: 24.5 over 3 days
Plus 1 evening (18.30-20.30) approx. every 6/7 weeks.
Salary starting at £7.60 per hour
