Permanent HR Manager – Plymouth
Astra Recruitment are seeking a experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to join one of our rapidly expanding clients in the Plymouth area.
As the HR Manager your role will be to support the business through growth and oversee all aspects of the company’s people strategy, including recruitment, performance management as well as training and development. Other aspects of this role will include:
Manage recruitment and selection, Develop and monitor HR strategies and procedures across the organisation, Define and review employee contracts, Oversee and manage performance, Assess training needs, Ensure legal compliance.
Your qualifications and experience for the HR manager role will include:
CIPD level 7 or equivalent, CIPD level 5 with experience will be considered, Proven HR executive or manager experience, People orientated approach to working, Knowledge of HR systems, Excellent listening and communication skills.
