Finance and Administration Manager
£20K – £25K
Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by an independent charity based in Taunton to recruit an experienced Finance and Administration Manager. The post is permanent part time (25 – 30 hours over 5 days) and will come with a salary up to £25k, FTE.
The Finance and Administration Manager will assume an important role within the organisation working closely with the Director. The successful candidate will take a lead role in managing the accounts and must be confident working alone.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Preparation of monthly management reports including accounts
– Cash flow forecasting, budgets and costings
– Bank reconciliations
– Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
– Office administration and correspondence management
You will be required to communicate with both customers and clients through out the day and will therefore need to have a high level of communication skills, be patient and feel comfortable in all situations. The successful candidate will be AAT qualified (or QBE) and have strong Excel experience and have worked in a similar role recently.
