£35,000 a year – Permanent
Field Sales Executive Â£35k basic Realistic 1st year OTE Â£40k (various territories available with regular travel to HQ in North Devon required)

An outstanding basic salary of Â£35K and a yearly uncapped performance related bonus. Realistic 1st year OTE Â£40K, 2ND Â£45 and 3rd Â£50k

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven ability to win new business, exceed targets and have a true entrepreneurial spirit. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Building a client base from scratch, you will be given all the tools needed but will have to work hard to win new contracts
Generating your own meetings and taking a deal from initial fact find through to delivery of the chosen goods
Building and managing your own pipeline to ensure you exceed targets and can forecast future expectations
Building honest and open relationships with clients, suppliers and co workers
Managing your own time effectively to ensure maximum output
Managing expectations and meeting deadlines both internally and externally
