Estate Agency Administrator

Our busy Truro office is looking for a permanent, full time, dynamic Administrator to confidentially manage all the day to day administration involved in;

*Advertising new properties
*Organising viewings
*Accepting offers
*Sales chasing
*Completion of sales
*General enquiries

We are looking for the following attributes;
*To be well presented
*To be able to work under pressure, and juggle tasks
*Have excellent organisational and time management skills
*Confident in dealing with clients and solicitors both in person, and over the phone
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Word and Excel)
*A team player, but also able to work on their own, and use their own initiative
*Industry experience (although not 100% if you are quick to learn!)

Desirable, but not essential;
*In-house lettings/estate agents’ computer system experience
*Copy writing marketing literature
*Digital marketing experience (managing and updating our website and Facebook pages)
*ARLA qualified
*Own car and full clean UK driving licence
