Title: Distribution Administrator
Location: Callington, Cornwall
Salary: £18,000 – £19,000
Mitrem Recruitment are currently seeking a Distribution Administrator to join our specialist client in Callington, Cornwall for a Temporary to Permanent contract.
We are looking for candidates with experience in business generation and relationship building. This role could be perfect for someone with account management experience who is comfortable at looking for new opportunities to promote business growth.

As the Distribution Administrator your duties will include but will not be limited to:
*Manage the distribution timetable.
*Cost and Margin analysis.
*Liaising with clients/customers.
*Communicating with international and national clients.
*Knowledge of tariffs.
*Check and arrange despatches.
*Keep customers/clients updated in regards to their delivery.
*Submit quotations to new and existing clients.
*Account management of own customers.
Your skill set and experience for this Distribution Administrator role will include:
*Distribution, Shipping or Freight work background.
*Good knowledge of UK and European carriers and legislation is preferable.
*Experience of business generation/relationship building.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Outstanding attention to detail.
*Confident when talking on the phone.
*Ability to organise, prioritise and be proactive in working to deadlines.
*Experience of Microsoft packages including Excel.
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8:45 -5:30
