Customer Support Associate

Title: Customer Support Associate

Location: Exeter, Devon.

Salary: £18,000-£20,000 per annum.

This is a permanent position

Astra Recruitment are currently recruiting a Customer Support Associate to join our award-winning client based in Exeter.

We are looking for a proactive and outgoing candidate who is able to build relationships and provide customer support via telephone to clients. You will need to have first class customer service skills.

The successful candidate would have worked within a telephone based customer service role.

As the Customer Support Associate you will be responsible for:

– Providing operational support to the fleet and consumers.

– Support unit installation remotely

– Manage customers by telephone and email

– Respond to customer queries

– Assist the sales team with general account management as required

– Deal with incoming client enquiries

– General office support as needed

Your experience and skills will include:

– Experienced within telephone based customer service support is essential – Minimum of 1 year experience

– Excellent communication skills – Verbal and written

– Attention to detail

– Able to use own initiative

– Able to build rapport/relationships

– Experience of SAGE 200 software an advantage but not essential

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
