Customer Services Supervisor
Successful, Cornish Manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to provide a positive customer experience for all their customers both internal and external.
The successful candidate will have proven experience supervising a sales team, be highly motivated and can lead a team. The team comprises 3 full-time telesales executives and one part time.
Their role is to deal with all their local orders; they do not canvas or cold call, but call their established customer list and processing their orders and very much building our customer relations.
The job holder will be expected to create a vibrant team, motivate them and ultimately to build up a fantastic customer service and develop a more customer focused team.
Applicants will ideally have worked in a telesales environment and ideally know about food and artisan products.
The role will also involve working with the local sales team to deliver the annual financial budgets/sales targets and customer service engagement.

In the ever changing world of customer expectations this role is not 9am – 5pm and will see operating in line with our customer needs.
