Permanent Care Administrator – Saltash
Title: Care Administrator
Salary: £14,196 per annum (£7.80 per hour)
Astra Recruitment are seeking an experienced Care Administrator to join a busy team in the Saltash area.
Based in our client a family run home care provider you will be joining their small but friendly office team. This is a permanent position.
The successful candidate will have proven experience within Administration/Admin, Office or Data entry positions.
As the administrator you will be responsible for:
-Answering all incoming calls -Dealing with care enquiries -Liaising with social services -Checking workers timesheets-Liaising with service users -Updating computer systems
Your experience will include:
-Administration experience is essential-Experience of working in a care environment would be desirable -Proficient use of computer systems -Happy and confident when answering and making calls
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
