Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by a well known high street name based in Saltash, who currently seek to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth running of the finance function.
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant include:
• Purchase ledger
• Sales ledger
• Payment runs
• Bank reconciliation
• Data Entry
The successful candidate will:
• Be AAT qualified or QBE
• Have a good knowledge of nominal coding systems
• Have strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of Sage is essential
