Full-Time Account Manager – Plymouth
18k with OTE of 30K to be expected.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager/Field Sales Executive to join our well established client inPlymouth.
We are seeking sales driven individuals who consistantly meet thier targets and want to work for a great local company.
You r main responsibilities will include
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Gain potential leads through cold calling.
Achieve sales targets within agreed timescale.
Coordinate sales with other departments.
Supply Directors and management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activity, and potential new products and services.
Operate using the best practices and agreed guidelines.
Keep abreast of promotional trends.
Continuously improve through training and feedback
The candidate we are looking for must ideally have the following qualities:
A desire to target and win new business.
Drive and enthusiasm for sales.
Be results orientated.
Proven strength in presentation, negotiation and selling skills.
Determination to meet tough business targets.
Track record of success in new B2B sales.
Provide the highest levels of customer care.
Be highly presentable.
You must be prepared to undertake all other reasonable duties as requested.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience – But we would expect an OTE of 30k easily achievable by the successful candidate.
The main aim of this position is – to secure new business that is viable, sustainable and commercially rewarding – enabling the achievement of ongoing profitable company growth.
Reporting to the Fire and Security Departmental Manager, to whom you will produce weekly activity reports and pipeline forecasts.
Option of company car or pool car.
All relevant ICT will be supplied.
Full training on products and services will be supplied
